Al Manal Training center was very accommodating to me. Very flexible, and adjust everything accordingly with my situations. Miss Jolin is the best, she is very educated and she can educate others very well. She explains clearly and she patiently answers questions of any doubt i had with the materials. She made my course learning fun to learn and easy. Thanks to the team’s effort specially to Miss Jolin☺️Posted on Google![]()

I'm a 12th grade student who is about to graduate this year, but I had an obstacle which was SAT and IELTS. This center helped me alot in understanding and getting ready to do those exams and I would recommend anyone who needs the best preparation to come to this centre.Posted on Google![]()

Mrs. Saman is an excellent instructor for 3D design and rendering! The course was incredibly fruitful and informative — she explained every detail clearly and made sure I understood both SketchUp and V-Ray thoroughly. Thanks to her, I’ve gained the skills and confidence to start creating realistic interior design renderings on my own. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to build a strong foundation in rendering and visualization! Highly recommended!!Posted on Google![]()

Really good training center. I had a good time with the other trainees and had fun overall. I expected around 1200-1400 and I got around the same score I expected. They helped me through countless practice tests and mock tests and also with how the format of the exam works. Really thankful.Posted on Google![]()

I completed a public speaking course at this institution, and believe me, it’s the best! Especially thanks to our teacher, Maria Elena — she is incredibly professional and provides immediate, constructive feedback to help us improve. I’ve learned so much from her, and now I feel truly confident when speaking in public. I sincerely thank her for all her effort and dedication. Manaar Abdul QudoosPosted on Google![]()

The course starts by linking Lean Six Sigma to organizational goals and drivers. You study Lean principles, value stream mapping, DFSS roadmaps, and design and process FMEA, so you see where improvement fits in the wider business. Module two then guides you through project selection, benchmarking, stakeholders, SIPOC, and voice-of-the-customer data.
You finish the module with a project charter that states the problem, scope, goals, and metrics. Module three adds team stages, roles, brainstorming, multivoting, and planning tools, so your project team can work well together and communicate clearly.
Modules four to six turn opinions into evidence. You document processes, study probability and distributions, choose sampling methods, and describe data with graphs and statistics. Gauge R&R then checks that your measurement system is reliable before you analyze results.
Capability studies using Cp, Cpk, Pp, and Ppk show how a process performs against its specifications. The analyze phase adds multi-vari studies, regression, and hypothesis tests for means, variances, and proportions, all practiced in Minitab. These skills help you replace opinion with evidence and explain each decision clearly to your team and your sponsor.
Module seven covers basic design of experiments, main effects and interactions, kaizen, and Lean tools that reduce waste and cycle time. You also pilot and validate each improvement before you roll it out. This step reduces risk and shows stakeholders that the change works in practice.
Module eight shows how control charts, control plans, 5S, visual factory, error-proofing, and total productive maintenance keep results stable. This practical focus makes Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training in Abu Dhabi valuable for teams that want lasting results.
Module nine provides Minitab practice, project guidance, reusable templates, project review, and implementation support. Practice assessment questions help you prepare for the course assessment. The workshop also gives you time to ask questions about your own project and to refine your documentation with expert support.
On completing the course and its assessment, you receive the Al Manal Training Center Certificate of Completion for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. The program also prepares you for external Green Belt examinations, which you book separately with the awarding body.
The Green Belt is the second level of the belt pathway, and it gives you the essential knowledge to apply DMAIC in your own area. Colleagues who completed our Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training arrive with useful background, although the course does not require it. You will learn to work on cross-functional improvement teams and support Black Belt projects with sound data collection and analysis. This Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified course in Abu Dhabi keeps the focus on skills that you can use immediately.
